You’re preparing to build
The idea is there, but the priorities, requirements, or scope still need work. Get a shared definition of what comes next.
Turn an unclear product idea into a scoped plan. Bring structure to a technology project. Test an AI use case before a larger commitment. I provide hands-on product, project, and business analysis support for teams that need help moving the work forward.

Your team needs someone to organize milestones, track dependencies, clarify decisions, and keep contributors aligned.
You need to understand what is feasible with your data and systems, and what a focused prototype can demonstrate.
Bring in defined product, project, or analysis capacity for an initiative, a project phase, or ongoing work.
An idea is only the starting point. Your team needs to know what matters, what to build, and how the work will get done. I help turn those questions into decisions, requirements, and a delivery plan.
I’m Anthony Ivery, a product and technology professional with experience in requirements, project coordination, software development, and AI prototyping. I bring technical understanding to business conversations and keep the work grounded in your goals, team, and constraints.
Let’s discuss what your team needs ↗Bring me the idea, the unclear request, or the project that needs structure. We’ll agree on the work you need and the deliverables your team can use.
Align the team around the problem and the next priorities. Get a defined MVP and development-ready requirements so decisions become actionable work.
Give the project a clear scope, owners, and milestones. Surface dependencies and keep stakeholders informed as the work progresses.
Make stakeholder needs clear enough for technical teams to act on. Document workflows, resolve open questions, and define what the solution needs to do.
Assess the use case, data, and technology. Get a focused proof of concept and an honest recommendation on what to pursue next.
Examples of my contributions to AI prototypes and performance monitoring, from technology research and data preparation to requirements and implementation coordination.
The problem: Basic option labels gave customers little visual context.
My contribution: Researched the approach, collected image data, trained a custom vision model, and combined recognition with option tags.
Delivered: A working caption-generation proof of concept.
The problem: Homebuyers needed help finding options that fit a theme or existing selections.
My contribution: Extracted option data, created embeddings, and implemented vector retrieval.
Delivered: A working recommendation proof of concept.
The problem: Teams needed better visibility into product performance issues.
My contribution: Researched metrics, compared cross-team approaches, built Azure queries, and wrote user stories.
Delivered: Defined monitoring requirements and queries. A senior developer implemented restricted configurations; the alerts are in place and approved.
The AI examples are proofs of concept and have not been user-tested or validated in production. Project descriptions reflect my contributions and do not imply client endorsements.
Clarify a product idea, workflow, or technical opportunity before committing to delivery.
Typical outputs
Problem brief, requirements, prioritized scope, and a recommended next-step plan.
Complete a bounded piece of work with agreed milestones and acceptance criteria.
Examples

Add product, project, or analysis capacity alongside your existing team.
Agreed upfront
Responsibilities, weekly capacity, meeting times, and progress reporting.
Scope, fees, and timelines are proposed after discussing your needs. Delivery is scheduled during evenings, with meeting and response expectations agreed before work begins.
Understand the problem, desired outcome, team, and timeline.
Agree on deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, and fees.
Review progress in stages and document decisions and changes.
Review completed work and prepare your team for the next step.
No. Start with the problem, desired outcome, and what your team has tried. Discovery can help define the scope and deliverables.
Yes. We can define support around your product, engineering, design, or operations contributors, including who owns each decision and deliverable.
Yes. Engagements can cover discovery, requirements, project planning, a prototype, or ongoing support. The scope is agreed around the work you need.
I propose fees after understanding the scope and constraints. Delivery is scheduled during evenings. We confirm capacity, meetings, deadlines, and response expectations before starting.
I review the information and we discuss the need and fit. If we proceed, you receive a proposal defining deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, and fees before work begins.
Tell me where you need clarity or additional support. I’ll review your goals and timeline so we can discuss a practical scope. Available for defined projects and ongoing contract support, with evening delivery and agreed meeting times.
Start with the problem, your desired outcome, and your target timeline. You don’t need a finished brief.
